Good Afternoon Guys. Unfortunately, this was our last night at Jacqueline's and Valerie's. We spent the day with them enjoying their company and talking for hours and hours on their beautiful garden terrace. Valerie went all out for us and cooked a 3-course meal. We had 5  types of organic tomatoes to blend with olive & Nut bread for starter. After that, we had a choice of five different mains which were all vegan based. Mainly pan-fried and steamed pulses and vegetables ( I completely forgot to photograph this as it was so delicious and we were just enjoying the moment) For dessert we had dried figs and Prunes for dessert in a lovely sauce.
We chatted late into the night and said our goodbyes that evening, as Jacqueline was flying to the South of France. Josh and I are definitely going to miss them and have already exchange contacts so we can meet again.
